Positive outcomes for ADHD challenges
Meet your coach
"When I was coming to terms with a recent diagnosis, Richard helped me understand how and the extent to which ADHD has affected my life.
His approach was thoughtful and empathetic, always focusing on understanding and working with my personal experiences and needs rather than relying on off-the-shelf theories and solutions.
Together we identified strategies, tools, and systems to support me at work and at home, and Richard supported me in reflecting on what was working and why (or why not).
The results have been stark. I am less chaotic, calmer, and more confident about my ability to cope. I have just taken on a new job with a significant promotion, whereas I think this opportunity would have felt too daunting before my sessions with Richard."

Hello, my name is Richard Low.

Having ADHD in our family has helped me empathise and respect the challenges that other families also face on a daily basis.

Just know that you are not alone in this journey and that that there is support out there in the form of certified ADHD coaches such as myself.

I mainly coach adults and university/college students and parents and their children. I help clients with ADHD transform their lives; from the stress and anxiety of their ADHD symptoms to a better life where they can confidently, understand, manage and thrive with their ADHD.
Throughout the coaching process, all clients will learn to pay attention to the ways ADHD shows up in their life and develop their own ‘strength based’ strategies to cope with it. Together, we will strip away the negative narrative of your life and replace it with success, one step at a time.

I am a certified Advanced ADHD Coach and I have an honours degree in Psychology with Business. I am also trained as a Family Coach with a deep understanding of ADHD. I trained with the ADD Coach Academy which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches.
