Positive outcomes for ADHD challenges

Meet your coach

"Richard is an excellent coach - I have always found him friendly and helpful with great intuition, knowledge, insight and wisdom.   I came across Richard when pushing various doors looking for answers to help me cope better with the demands of work and family.   I have struggled with dyslexia and organisation issues throughout my life and wondered if ADHD/executive function difficulties were involved.

Richard has gently helped me to unpack issues past and present and explain the role that divergent neurobiology may have played.  He has also helped me though simple lifestyle and organisation techniques to build strategies that work with, rather than against, my executive function challenges.

It is still early days for me on this journey but with Richard’s help I am moving from a position of being overwhelmed with stress, worry and anxiety about life to one of optimistically looking forward to the future with good strategies for coping in place. I would definitely recommend Richard as a coach."

Hello, my name is Richard Low.

Having ADHD in our family has helped me empathise and respect the challenges that other families also face on a daily basis.

Just know that you are not alone in this journey and that that there is support out there in the form of professional coaches such as myself.

I coach adults and college students and parents and their children. Access to ADHD Coaching has never been easier as all coaching sessions are conducted over the phone or via Zoom so it doesn't matter where you are in this world, you can access my coaching practice!

I help clients with ADHD transform their lives; from the stress and anxiety of their ADHD symptoms to a better life where they can confidently, understand, manage and thrive with their ADHD.

Throughout the coaching process, all clients will learn to pay attention to the ways ADHD shows up in their life and develop their own ‘strength based’ strategies to cope with it. Together, we will strip away the negative narrative of your life and replace it with success, one step at a time.

I am a certified ADHD Coach and I have an honours degree in Psychology with Business. I am also trained as a Family Coach with a deep understanding of ADHD. I trained with the ADD Coach Academy which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches.
